Upper Souris Water District is always here to help! Whether you need assistance with a bill or have a question about usage, we are here to serve. You can stop by during office hours: Monday - Thursday, 8:30 - 4:30, Friday 8:30 - Noon. However, it's best to call ahead, as sometimes we get called away to serve customers in the rural parts of the District.
